SPORTS STADIA MANAGEMENT BOARD invites sealed tenders from eligible bidders for Provision of Medical Services for Staff and Dependants for a period of one year.

Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information from and inspect the tender documents at the office of the Procurement Officer located at SPORTS STADIA MANAGEMENT BOARD Headquarters Kasarani, Nairobi during normal office working hours.

A complete set of tender documents will be obtained by interested candidates upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 3000.00 in cash or bankers cheque payable to SPORTS STADIA MANAGEMENT BOARD.

Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, and delivery costs, must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for 90 days from the closing date of the tender.
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked as follows

Tender Invitation Notice

Pwani University College, a Constituent College of Kenyatta University situated in Kilifi approx. 60Kms north of Mombasa, invites sealed bids from registered Contractors in Building and Civil Engineering works listed below. The Contractors must fulfill all government of Kenya statutory requirements and all other conditions and requirements indicated below.

TENDER NO. PUC/PRQ/3/BCW/2008/2009 Proposed Construction of Science Laboratories

Interested contractors must be registered in category E and above according to MOPW classification. The tender documents for these works are available upon payment of a non-refundable fees of Ksh.5,000.00. The fee shall be paid in full (cash or cheque ) to Pwani University College (Finance Department cash office and a receipt shall be issued).
Also, Interested eligible contractors may obtain further information on proposed works and inspect the tender documents at Pwani university College, Finance Office (Administration Block) during normal working hours.

Only those who buy the tender documents shall qualify to tender, prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs must be in Kenya shillings.

In addition, only those firms meeting the criteria below, which must be demonstrated by attaching relevant documentary evidence, shall be considered.

a) A Photostat copy of current Company Registration/incorporation from the Ministry of Public Works.

b) The bid Bond of 2% of bid price in form of bank guarantee from a reputable bank Only.

c) Details of similar works completed within the last five years giving details of clients who may be contacted for further information to meet specified experience requirement.

d) The names, qualifications and experience of Key Personnel.

e) Reports of financial standing (audited accounts and bank statements) of tenderer the past five years.

f) Litigation History of the Company (both court and arbitration history).

g) Details of the Contractors Equipment, construction facilities and type of ownership, h) Valid Tax Compliance Certificate, i) Valid PIN and VAT certificate.
