4. MCN/21/2009 - CONSULTANCY SERVICES TO CARRY OUT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT FORA DUMPING SITE.
Tenders are invited from eligible and qualified contractors for the above works who meets the mandatory requirements.
1. Be registered under the relevant statues
2. Registered with Ministry of Roads and Public Works Category G
3. Current Tax Compliance certificate from KRA
4. Current Single Business permits from a Local Authority
5. Proof of similar works undertaken in the last 3 years.
6. Profile of Key personnel
7. Bid security of 2% of the tendered sum.
Tender documents with detailed specifications may be obtained from the cash office during normal working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 2,000/= for each category.

Should be placed in council's Tender Box on or before 12.00 Noon 26" February 2009.
