Tenders are invited from interested and eligible firms/suppliers to submit sealed bids for the following:

Complete tender documents with detailed information may be obtained from the Office of the Head of Supply Chain, New KCC Ltd, Dakar Road off Enterprise Road between 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 3,500/- (Kshs. Three Thousand Five Hundred only) per tender document, paid in cash or Bankers Cheque.

Tenders must be accompanied by a Bid Security as specified above in the form of a Bank Guarantee valid for 120 days from the tender closing/opening date.
Tender documents in a plain sealed envelope clearly marked with Tender Number and Description should be addressed to:

and deposited in the Tender Box located on 2nd Floor of Creamery House, Dakar Road -Industrial Area on or before 25th February 2009 at 10.00 a.m.

Prices must be valid for 90 days from the tender closing/opening date.

Tenders will close on 25th February 2009 at 10.00 a.m and be opened immediately thereafter in New KCC Boardroom in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend.
