Brand Kenya Board Tenders

The Brand Kenya Board is a state corporation established in March 2008 in accordance with State Corporation Act, Cap 446 of the Laws of Kenya.

The rationale behind the establishment of the Board was the Government commitment to put in place an integrated coordinating mechanism for building and enhancing the country's image and national identity.

The Board would like to develop a corporate Logo for its official communication to identity and distinguish Kenya's products, services and concepts.

The board would also like to procure insurance services, hence invites sealed tenders from eligible firms/parties as follows :

  1. BKB/01/2008-2009 : Tender for provision of consultancy services for the development of a corporate logo
  2. BKB/lns02/2009-2010: Tender for staff medical cover.
  3. BKB/lns03/2009-2010 : Tender for Insurance services(Risk notes)
Interested eligible applicants can obtain the tender documents from the Procurement office at Brand Kenya Board offices on 28th Floor of Telposta Towers Building (Wing C) upon payment of a non-refundable fee as follows:

BKB/01 /2008-2009 Kshs.3000/=
BKB/02/2009-2010 Kshs.5000/=
BKB/03/2009-2010 Kshs.5000/=

For each document, payable in cash or by a banker's cheque in favour of Brand Kenya Board.

Tenders in plain sealed envelopes, marked tender number, on the right hand side corner and bearing no indication of the tenderer should be addressed to:

Or be deposited in the tender box situated outside the Brand Kenya Board offices on 28th Floor of Telposta Towers Building (Wing C) on or before 30th March 2009 at 2.00 p.m

Bids will be opened publicly in the presence of interested tenderers on 30th March 2009 at 2.00 p.m in the aforesaid premises.

Late bids will not be opened or acknowledged. Financial bids of those that pass the technical evaluation will be opened in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives at a later date to be communicated.

The tender documents are not transferable.

Brand Kenya Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders either in whole or in part and is not bound to give reasons thereof.
