Tender for Supply and Implementation of an Integrated Financial and Loans Management Software

The Industrial and Commercial Development Corporation (ICDC) invites tenders for the supply and implementation of an Integrated Financial and Loans Management Software. The software should as a minimum contain the following modules;

• Loans Management module
• Financial Management Module
• Human Resources and Pay roll module
• Tenants Management module

A complete set of documents may be obtained by interested candidates from the Corporation's cash office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ksh 5,000.00 per set of tender document.

The fee shall be paid in cash at the cash office located on the 18th floor, Uchumi House, Agakhan walk, Nairobi.

Duly completed Tender documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked "Tender No. RFTSW/ICDC/202 /2009 and addressed to the under signed should be posted or be deposited in the Tender box on 18th Floor, Uchumi House Agakhan walk. So as to be received on or before 3.00pm on Wednesday 15th of April 2009.

The method of submission will be as prescribed in the RFP document. Technical bids will be opened immediately after the closing time in the presence of Tenderers' representatives who choose to attend.

Late applicants shall not be considered.

Tenderers or their representatives who wish to witness the opening are invited.
