Construction materials and tools for 600 shelters

Catholic Relief Services (CRS) invites bonafide suppliers to tender for the supply and delivery of the following:

• Timber for construction of 600 shelters
• Corrugated iron sheets and ridges for 600 shelters
• Construction tools

Delivery place: Molo

MANNER OF SUBMISSION

The application forms can be obtained upon payment of a non refundable fee of Kenya shillings 1,500/= for each set in the form of cash or Bankers Cheque payable to Catholic Relief Services from our offices based in Westlands (St.Agustine's Court, Karuna Rd., Off School Lane, Behind Lion Place).The tender documents will be available between 8.30 a.m-12.30 pm and 2.00p.m-4.30 pm.

Properly completed tender documents should be inserted in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked "Ref.No:CRS/Molo/03/2009 and addressed to:

The Procurement Committee,
Catholic Relief Services,
Kenya Program,
P.O. Box 49675-00100, Nairobi.

and dropped into the Tender box situated at the reception room at Catholic Relief Services-Kenya Program, not later than 2.00pm 25th March 2009.
