Application for pre-qualification may be in any of the following categories listed below, provided documents are submitted separately for each category.
- Date of establishment of the firm and the physical location of its Head Office and Branches.
- The legal status of the firm.
- A copy of the firm's certificate of registration.
- The firm must have been in business for at least five calendar years.
- Photographs of directors.
- Evidence of compliance with relevant regulatory bodies, including Kenya Revenue
- Authority, attach income tax clearance certificate for the last three financial years.
- Brief history and background of the firm.
- Members of key staff, their qualifications and experience.
- Names of five top clients and their contacts.
- Copy of audited accounts for the last two years.
- Any other information that may be relevant to the evaluation exercise.
The deadline for submission of the filled pre-qualification document is 15 May 2009.
