City Council of Nairobi Tender Notice

The City Council of Nairobi wishes to invite sealed bids from interested firms to bid for

1. TENDER NO:-CCN/ADMIN/T/060/2008-2009 LEASE OF CITY COUNCIL OF NAIROBI GARDEN RESTAURANT

2. TENDER NO:-CCN/CE/LAS/T/082 CONSTRUCTION OF MOTORABLE BRIDGE AT CIEKO KASARANI WARD

Interested eligible bidders may inspect and obtain the Complete tender documents from the office of the Director of Procurement, City Hall Annex, First Floor room 105, during normal working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kenya Shillings Five Thousand (Kshs. 5,000/=) Only per application. This amount is payable in cash or bankers cheque only to City Council of Nairobi.

The Complete tender document in plain sealed envelope clearly bearing only the tender number and title of the Contract should be deposited in the Tender Box placed at the corridor of 1st floor City Hall Annex or if sent by Post be addressed to:

So as to reach him on or before 24th March 2009, the applications will be opened soon thereafter at the Procurement Boardroom (Room 105) in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend.
