East African Portland Cement Company Limited Expression of Interest

East African Portland Cement is seeking Expressions of Interest from qualified and competent consultancy firms to conduct security risk assessment for the organisation under the following terms:

• Develop a security strategy covering pre-crime and post crime
• Risk and Threat Assessment
• Develop a comprehensive security policy
• Develop an Implementation Plan including appropriate management and operational structure
• Put in place necessary measures e.g regular security audits and inspections
• Propose BCP Measures

Interested firms should:

• Demonstrate the requisite experience
• Have in-house qualified security consultants
• Show evidence of local incorporation
• Be tax and VAT compliant
• Provide detailed technical proposals of how they intend to carry out the assignment
• Provide proof of having undertaken similar consultancy services
• Undertake the work within the shortest timeframe in case they qualify.

EAPCC therefore invites Expression of Interest from reputable professional firms with capacity to offer the above services.

The Expressions of Interest shall be enclosed in plain sealed envelope, clearly parked EAPCC/SECURITY RISK ASSESSMENT/009, which should be addressed to:
