Completed tender documents (both "Technical" and "Financial") in plain sealed envelopes bearing no indication of the name of the bidder with tender number and name clearly marked on top, should be deposited in the tender box located on the Ground Floor, Export Processing Zones Authority Administration Building, Athi River Export Processing Zone or if by post to be addressed to:

The bids will be opened immediately thereafter and bidders or their representatives are free to witness the opening which will take place in the conference hall located on the Ground Floor Export processing Zones Authority Administration Building Athi River Export Processing Zone.

The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject and bids and does not bind itself to give any reasons for doing so.
