Complete Tender Documents in plain sealed envelopes must be clearly marked with the Tender No', the 'Description of the Tender'. Tenders must be accompanied by a security bid in the form of the amount specified in the Tender Documents and must be delivered to the Tender Box in the office of The Procurement and Logistics Manager, Kenya Railways Headquarters, Block D, Ground Floor Room Dl, before 16th April 2009 at 10.00a.m.

Tenders will be opened soon after closing time in the presence of the Tenderers' representatives who choose to attend at Kenya Railways Headquarters, Block D, Ground Floor- Managers' Conference Room.

Canvassing shall lead to automatic disqualification.
