National Social Security Fund Tenders Notice

The National Social Security Fund invites sealed tenders from eligible and competent suppliers/contractors for provision of services/works as specified in the tenders below:

Tender no: NSSF Tender No. 17/2008-2009
Tender Description: Provision of Insurance Brokerage Services for the Year 2009-2010

Tender no: NSSF Tender No. 18/2008-2009
Tender Description: Provision of Staff Tea Services
Cost of tender Document (Ksh) Non - refundable:3,000.00
Closing Date and time:16th April, 2009 at 11.00 a.m. local time

Tender no: NSSF Tender No. 19/2008-2009
Tender Description: Proposed External Repairs and Paint work to Hazina Trade Centre Nairobi.
Cost of tender Document (Ksh) Non - refundable:3,000.00
Closing Date and time:17th April, 2009 at 11.00 a.m. local time

Tender documents detailing the requirements may be obtained from Procurement Office, 9th floor, room 905, block 'A', Western Wing, Social Security House, along Bishops Road, Nairobi, upon payment of the specified non-refundable fee for each tender, payable to National Social Security Fund by cash or Bankers cheque at the cash office, Podium floor, Room P006, Western Wing, Block 'A: Social Security House, Nairobi.

Tender documents shall be accompanied by the Mandatory (statutory) requirements as detailed in the respective tender documents for preliminary evaluation.

Interested Bidders are therefore advised to inspect the tender documents and acquaint themselves with the stated mandatory requirements before purchase of the same.

Completed tender documents should be submitted in a sealed outer envelope, enclosing separately sealed envelopes (in Original and Copy), clearly marked "Tender No. and Tender Description as per tender instructions, and addressed to:

NAIROBI.

The same should be deposited in the Tender Box on the 2nd floor, at the Reception Area, Block 'A' Western Wing, Social Security House, Nairobi so as to be received not later than the date and time stated against each tender.

The tenders shall be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend on the respective dates and time at the seminar room on 11th floor.

The Fund reserves the right to accept or reject any bid either in part or in whole and does not bind itself to accept the lowest bid or give reasons for its decision.
