Nairobi City Council Pre-Qualification for Provision of Medical Insurance Services for the Year 2009/2011

The City Council of Nairobi invites sealed pre-qualification bids from interested eligible medical insurance providers and insurance brokerage firms for the following pre-qualification tender: -

Pre-Qualification for Provision of Medical Insurance Services for the Year 2009/2011

The firms which will be pre-qualified will be invited to collect Tender Documents requesting them to submit their proposals for the provision of medical insurance services to the staff of the City Council of Nairobi

Interested eligible bidders may obtain the completed pre-qualification documents from the office of the Director of Procurement, City Hall Annexe, First Floor Room 105 after paying a non-refundable fee of Kshs 5,000.

Completed pre-qualification documents in a plain sealed envelope clearly bearing the pre-qualification tender number and title of the services should be deposited in the Tender Box, outside the Procurement Office, City Annexe 1st floor and if sent by post, be addressed to:

So as to reach him on or before 1O.OO AM on Tuesday, 14th April, 2009. The Pre-qualification document will be opened soon thereafter at the Procurement Board Room, 1st Floor, City Hall Annexe, in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend.

The City Council of Nairobi is not bound to accept any pre-qualification bid.
