The East African Community Secretariat has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the EAC Capacity Building and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consultant services.

The services include; designing a user-friendly and participatory Results-Based Monitoring and Evaluation System for the EAC Secretariat and its member states for a period of approximately Twenty one (21) weeks

The East African Community secretariat now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultants/ consulting firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (Corporate profiles, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, financial information including audited accounts for the last 3 years, etc.) Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.

A consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the World Bank's Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers (current edition).
