Expression of Interest to Provide Consultancy Services

The Kenya Polytechnic University College has embarked on comprehensive modernization of its corporate image aimed at improving service delivery in the education sector to customers, stakeholders and the general public.

To realize this important goal, the University College intends to acquire consultancy services to conduct baseline surveys to determine

• Current level of satisfaction for both internal and external customers
• Student's discipline
• Drug and substance abuse
• Staff basic skills
• Work environment

The University College therefore invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from qualified firms to provide consultancy services for the above surveys.

The eligible firms should satisfy the following minimum conditions:

1. Certificate of Incorporation
2. Accreditation / Affiliation certificate
3. Trading license
4. Company profile and qualification of key managers including Directors
5. Audited accounts for the last 3 years
6. Five major clients in the last 3 years
7. VAT compliance
8. Company brochures

The EOI documents MUST be placed inside THE TENDER BOX in the Principal's Office latest 11:30 am on or before 30th January 2009.

Opening will be done on the same day at 12:00 noon at the conference room.
