Provision of Consultancy Services for KEBS Public Perseption Survey and Development of Corporate Communication Strategy

The Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS) invites sealed tenders for above services.
Eligible firms may obtain tender documents from Procurement Office, between 9.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. on working days upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ksh. 5000 per set, payable at the cash office in cash or bankers cheque.

Duly completed tender documents, in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked "KEBS/T058/2008/2009 - PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR KEBS PUBLIC PERCEPTION SURVEY AND DEVELOPMENT OF CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS STRATEGY"

should be addressed and delivered to:

Or be deposited in the Tender Box at the Main Reception of KEBS Centre so as to be received not later than 16th February, 2009 at 10.00 a.m.

Tender opening will be carried out immediately thereafter at KEBS Centre, Conference Room in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend.
Prices quoted must remain valid for 90 days.

KEBS is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender or give reasons for its decisions.
