Expression of Interest for Contractors

An established real estate development company plans to commence construction work on a project within Athi River area.

All the initial preparatory work is completed and the ground breaking is scheduled for April 2009.

The project when completed will have 200 residential maisonnettes, a shopping and recreational complex and other complimentary services.

The developer is seeking for qualified contractors to express their interest in undertaking the implementation of this project.

Interested firms are required to provide the following:

i. Company profile showing inter alia evidence of registration, office location and relevant development experience with projects of similar character,

ii. Information on their qualification and evidence of ability to undertake and perform the project work,

iii. Details of similar assignment(s) successfully undertaken or in progress including reference letters from clients and support institutions

iv. Evidence of availability of qualified employees for such work

v. Any other relevant information to the project work

All expression of interest should be received by 4.00 pm Friday January 23rd, 2009.

Only short listed firms will be contacted with further details on the project and will be invited to bid for the same
