Supply of Catering Services: Insteel Limited

TENDER NO: IL/CNTN/001/2009

Insteel Limited wishes to invite Bidders who are technically and financially capable for the supply of Catering Services in the company's canteen.

The following is essential from any potential bidders:

1. Over 3 years experience in the provision of continuous catering services for a large industrial complex.
2. Ability to cater for over 150 employees daily.

Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs, must be expressed in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for a period of fifteen (15) days from the closing of the tender.

A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 2.0001- in cash or banker's cheque payable to Insteel Limited from Friday 16th January, 2009.

Completed tender documents should be enclosed in plain sealed .envelopes clearly marked "Tender for Catering Services" and bearing the tender number and addressed to:

NAIROBI.

And can either be posted at the sender's risk or deposited at the tender box provided at the reception of Insteel Limited's premises, on or before 26th January 2009, 1500hrs local time.
Insteel Limited reserves the right to accept or reject any tender and is not bound to accept the lowest tender or give reasons for the decision thereof.
