Consultancy Work for Integrity Training Development of a Code for Councillors and Preparation of Anti-Corruption Policy and Prevention Plan

Municipal Council of Mombasa invites expression of Interest for Consultancy Services in the following areas:

1. Integrity Training (Workshop) for Chief Officers and Civic Leaders.
2. Development of a Code of Conduct for Councillors.
3. Preparation of Anti-Corruption Policy and prevention plan.
4. Conduct of Corruption status survey.

Interested and Eligible Consultants who must be qualified in the above category must submit the following:

1. C.V's of key Personnel indicating Education background, relevant qualifications and experience.
2. Copies of Certificates of Registration of PIN and VAT.
3. Copy of Current Tax Compliance Certificate.
4. Proof of Similar services provided to a Local Authority or Government Ministry.

Expression of interest Documents in Plain, sealed Envelopes clearly marked "Expression «of Interest for Consultancy Work for Integrity Training, development of a code of conduct and preparation of Anti-Corruption policy and Prevention Plan" must be Lodged in the Tender Box at the entrance of the Town Hall or received by the undersigned not later than 12.00 Noon on 3rd February 2009 at which the bid Documents will be Publicly opened in the presence of bidders who choose to attend in the Council's Committee Room or where directed by the Clerk.
