Municipal Council of Kisumu invites sealed bids for execution of the above works. Interested bidders are required to meet the following conditions;

1) Be registered with the Ministry of Public Works.
2) Provide Copies of VAT & PIN Certificates.
3) Provide Bid Bond of Kshs.30, 000 in form of Bank Guarantee or Banker's
Cheque only.
4) Must have Single Business Permit.
5) Show proof of qualified Personnel.
6) Should attach list of Equipments.
7) Attach list of works previously undertaken.
8) Show proof of Financial Capability.

Tender documents may be obtained from Procurement Office, Town Hall during working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fees of kshs.2000/= for each tender.

Completed Bid documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly indicating Tender Number and Name should be deposited in the Tender Box located at the entrance of Town Hall or if by Post be addressed to;-
