Each of the fourteen projects is independent and tenders shall be awarded on a project by project basis.

Tender documents detailing the requirements may be obtained from the office of the Manager, Procurement & Supplies situated on the 6th Floor, The Chancery, Valley Road, Nairobi, on normal working days from 15th January 2009 between 9.30 am and 12.30 pm and 2.00 pm and 3.30 pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ksh 3,000 (or equivalent convertible currency) in cash or Bankers Cheque for each tender, payable to Rural Electrification Authority.

Complete tender documents enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with TENDER REFERENCE NUMBER and DESCRIPTION should be sent to the address below or be deposited in Tender Box located at the Rural Electrification Authority offices on 6th Floor, Valley Road, Nairobi
