Kenya Sugar Board: Tender for Provision of Canteen Services

Kenya Sugar Board invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates for supply 6f Canteen Services to staff and visitors.

Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information and inspect the tender documents from the Purchasing Officer, Kenya Sugar Board Headquarters, Sukari Plaza, Upper Kabete off Waiyaki Way during normal office working hours i.e. Monday to Friday between 8.0O a.m. to 1.OO p.m. and 2.OO p.m. to 5.OO p.m.

A complete tender document may be obtained by interested candidates upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 2000 (Two thousand) in cash or bankers cheque payable to Kenya Sugar Board.

Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs, must be expressed in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for a period of 90 days from the closing date of the tender.

Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked "Tender for canteen services" and deposited in the tender box provided at the reception of Kenya Sugar Board Headquarters or be addressed and posted to:

To be received on or before 23rd February 2009 at 11.00 AM

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers representatives who choose to attend the opening at Kenya Sugar Board Headquarters Boardroom at 11.30 am local time.
