Prequalification of Architectural and Contractors Works Required

ARCHITECTURAL WORKS

Muramati Sacco Society invites interested architects to submit their applications for pre-contract and post-contract designing consultancy and advice on proposed constructions and renovation of its banking halls.

Interested parties need to meet the following minimum requirements:
  • A member of Architectural Association of Kenya
  • Member of board of registration of architects and quantity surveyors
  • Enclose details of financial institution related projects undertaken in the last one year
  • Details of partners under the consortium - firms that offer services of quantity survey, electrical and structural engineers under one roof will have an added advantage.
The applications should be accompanied with a company in-depth profile, clientele base, experience and qualification of directors and partners and last three years audited accounts.

Tender documents should be obtained from Muramati Building, Hospital Road, Muran'ga Town, 1stFloor Reception, Administrative Offices between 8.00 am - 4.00 pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 5,000.00.

BUILDING CONTRACTORS

Muramati Sacco Society invites interested building contractors to submit their applications for proposed construction and renovation of their banking halls.

Interested firms need to meet the following requirements:
  • Ministry of Roads and Public Works category 'D' and above proof of registration required.
  • Details of financial institution related projects undertaken in the last three (3) years and ongoing/current projects and respective turnovers
  • Audited accounts for the last three (3) years
The applications should be accompanied with a company in-depth profile, clientele base, experience and qualification of directors and partners, key personnel, construction equipment.

Also provide references from projects consultants and clients. Tender documents should be obtained from Muramati Building, Hospital Road, Muran'ga Town, 1st Floor Reception, Administrative Offices between 8.00 am - 4.00 pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 10,000.00.
