Tenders are hereby invited for the execution to completion and commissioning of Structured Network Cabling and Wireless Network set up at Government Training Institute - Baringo.
Tender documents with detailed specifications may be obtained from the Institute's Procurement Office upon payment of Non Refundable fee of Kshs. 3,000 per set of documents. Interested bidders must provide or posses the following:

a) Current certificate of tax compliance from Kenya Revenue Authority.
b) Current Trading Licence.
c) List of projects of the same nature undertaken/carried out in the past.

Completed Tender documents in plain sealed envelope and clearly marked with the tender number should be addressed to:

Or be placed in the Tender Box situated at the entrance of the Administration Block at Government Training Institute, Baringo.

Tenders will be opened on 4th February 2009 at 2.00 p.m. in the Directors Boardroom in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who choose to be present.

Late tenders will be returned unopened. Prices quoted remain valid for 90 days. The client reserves the right to reject any or all tenders in part or in whole without obligation to assign any reason for the decision.
