Complete tender documents in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked "MTC/KRB/2007/2008'. should be addressed to: THE TOWN CLERK, TOWN COUNCIL OF MARAGUA, P.O. BOX 91 -10205, MARAGUA

Or deposited in the tender box at Town Council of Maragua Offices, to be received not later than 12.00 noon, on 2nd February 2009. Tenders will be opened on the same day at 12.30 p.m. and bidders/representatives are welcome to witness the opening Town Council of Maragua is not bound to accept the lowest or any other tender or give reasons for its decision.
