The Standard Group Limited invites tenders for the purchase of Forklift with a spare clamp as described;

The forklift will be sold 'as is where is basis'and may be viewed between 9.00a.m to 4.00p.m Monday to Friday at The Standard Group premises at Likoni Road, Industrial Area with prior arrangement: Stores Office, tel: 3222909/3222925.

All bids should be clearly marked "Tender for Sale of forklift" and addressed to:

NAIROBI.

and deposited in the Tender Box at I & M Building, 6th Floor to be received before Friday 13th February 20O9 at 10.00 am to be followed by the opening of the same immediately.

Bidders shall be required to pay a refundable deposit of Kshs.3,000.00 (Three Thousand Kenya Shillings) and the same is payable to the cash office and a receipt will be issued per vehicle tendered for. The said receipt is to be attached to the bid documents.

For the successful bidders, the deposit will form part of the sale price and shall be forfeited in case the bidder declines to pay and collect the awarded items within 15 days from the date of acceptance of their offers failure to which the offer will lapse.

The Standard Group Limited is not bound to accept the highest or any other bid and is not bound to give reasons thereof.
