Tenders are invited for the completion of the Freedom Plaza in Juba.

The construction comprises a five storey steel structural framed building with pre¬cast concrete cladding and floors with aluminium curtain walling and glazed gypsum partitions. The approximate floor area is 4000 square metres.

Firms or companies who have previously completed similar projects valued at USD Smillion and above and are interested in tendering for the project may collect bid documents from the following address during normal working hours from 8th December 2008 upon payment of a non refundable fee of USD 200

There will be a pre-Tender Site conference on 14th January, 2009 at 10.am at the site. Duly completed Tenders are to be returned to the offices of SOUTHERN SUDAN ADVOCATES on or before 12.00 noon on 28th January 2009. Tenders will be opened at 3.00pm on 28th January, 2009.
