KEBS invites interested bidders for the purchase of the above boarded motor vehicles 'as is where basis' without guarantee or warranty whatsoever, subject to reserve price.

Tender documents detailing the items and requirements may be obtained from the Procurement Office at KEBS Centre, Popo Road, Off Mombasa Road, Behind Bellevue Cinema Nairobi, on normal working days between 9.00 a.m and 4.00 p.m .

Bidders participating in this tender will be required to pay a Refundable Deposit of Ksh. 5000 per vehicle and Non refundable fee of Ksh 1,000 for the tender document

Completed tender documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked TENDER NUMBER should be addressed and delivered to:

Tender opening will be carried out immediately thereafter at the KEBS Centre Conference Room, Adm. Block, Ground Floor.

Tenderers or their representatives are free to attend the tender opening.

KEBS is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender or give reasons for its decisions.
