Interested Bidders may obtain tender documents from procurement office KWAL house, ground floor, Enterprise Road, Industrial Area, during normal working hours after payment of non refundable fee of Ksh. 2000/= (Two thousand shillings) per document/category in either cash or bankers cheque payable to Kenya Wine Agencies Ltd to the cashier at Customer Service.


Duly completed Request For Proposal and/or Tender documents are to be submitted in plain sealed envelope quoting the relevant Reference Number and be addressed to:

And be deposited in the Tender Box located at KWAL House -Inner security gate on or before 30th January 2009 at 3.00pm. Late tenders will be rejected and returned unopened.

Tenders will be opened on the same day at 3.30pm in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend in the staff canteen 1st floor.

Kenya Wine Agencies Ltd reserves the right to reject any Tender without giving reason for the rejection and does not bind itself to the lowest or any tender.
