whose specifications are detailed in the Tender Document

A complete set of Tender Documents may be obtained by interested candidates upon payment of a non-refundable fee of KShs. 3,000.00 (Three Thousand Kenya shillings), and can also be viewed and downloaded from the website www.kengen.co.ke. Bidders who download the document from the website will be required to pay a reduced fee of KShs. 2,000.00 (Two Thousand Kenya shillings) at any KenGen office through Cash or a Banker's Cheque and the receipt to be submitted together with the tender.

One original and two (2) copies of the tender documents must be submitted in sealed
envelopes clearly marked as follows:
