Athi Water Services Board has received support from European Development Fund towards the cost of implementing the Nairobi Informal Settlement Water and Sanitation Improvement Programme (NISWAP)

The Athi Water Services Board, a parastatal under the Ministry of Water and Irrigation, now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for Supply and delivery of Construction Materials for Ablution blocks in Nairobi's informal settlement.

Athi Water Services Board (AWSB) invites sealed Tenders from eligible bidders to supply of construction materials for ablution blocks.

Interested eligible bidders may purchase a complete set of tender documents from Athi Water Services Board offices at Africa Re Centre, 3rd Floor - Hospital Road, Upper Hill upon payment of a non refundable fee of Kshs 3,000 per set payable to Athi Water Services Board by way of a crossed banker's cheque, bank draft or cash.

Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 1500hrs East African time on 2nd February, 2009 at 1 SOOhrs Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend, at the address below at 1500hrs hours East African time on 2nd February, 2009.

All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of KShs. 180,000.00.
