Sale Of Boarded Council Vehicle Toyota Corona Kab 331 Q And Other Obsolete Stores.

Interested and eligible tenderers are invited for the sale of the above.

Tender documents may be obtained upon payment of a non refundable fee of Ksh. 1,000/= per set of Tender Documents from the town Clerk's Office. Tenderers are advised to view the Vehicle and stores at their own convenience during normal working hours.

Bidders will be required to pay a refundable deposit of Ksh.5,000/= for the Vehide. The deposit will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders or credited to successful bidders.

Completed Tender documents in plain, sealed envelopes dearly marked Tender No. MCV/24/2008-2009 Sale of Boarded Motor Vehicles or Obsolete Stores should be deposited into the Tender Box situated at the entrance of Mayor's Parlour or sent by post to: The Town Clerk - Municipal Council of Vihiga., P.O. Box 370 - 50300 MARAGOLI.

So as to reach her not later than Wednesday 28th January 2009 at 12.00 Noon.

Tenders will be opened in the Town Clerks Office immediately after closing and Tenderers or their representatives are welcome to attend the opening if they so wish.

The Council reserves the right to accept or reject any Tender without giving any reason for its decision whatsoever.
