Tender documents completed with detailed specification may be obtained from THE TOWN COUNCIL OF OTHAYA OFFICES in Othaya Town during normal working hours upon payment of non refundable fee of Kshs. 2,000/= per set of tender document. Prices quoted must be inclusive of all Taxes where applicable. Complete tender documents in plain sealed envelopes marked "TENDER NO.............. FOR .............. Should be addressed to:-

OR: Be placed into the tender box located at the Town hall so as to reach him not later than FRIDAY 30th January 2009 at 12:00 Noon when the opening of the tenders will be done. Tenderers or the Tenderer's representatives who wish to witness opening are welcome to do so.

The council reserves the right to accept or reject any tender in whole or in part and does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender nor justify its decision.
